The care of our children is critical! While their salvation is in the Lord's hands, we strive to make the gospel clear and understandable. Several ministries exist to come alongside parents and shepherd these young hearts.
Sunday morning:
Little grace (birth to 4) Parents are welcome to drop off their children 15 minutes before the service. During this time, your child will be cared for in a clean and secure environment by skilled and screened volunteers.
Grace to youth (5 to 12) After the singing is finished in the main worship service, all children in this age group are invited to follow the leader to their classroom. During this time, your child will be taught God's Word in a clear and understandable manner. Currently we are working through a study of the gospel.
Each week parents will be given a simple card with notes to use in follow up discussion along with the weekly memory verse.
Since repetition is the key to learning, we encourage you to follow up with your child as they grow in the knowledge of God’s Word. For more information, please read through The Parents Guide To Childcare At GBC.
